Well, it's officially spring, and, it's officially time for me to get in shape. This month, I have fully committed to getting in to shape so I can begin to worry about getting pregnant. Here are my goals to lose 10 pounds this month:
1. Eat no less than 1200 calories but no more than 1400 calories
2. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
3. Eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies each day
4. Watch my coffee in take
5. Completely eliminate fast food BY MYSELF from my diet.
6. Even out to 8330 calories consumed each week.
1. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day - 6 days a week.
2. Burn 2000 calories from exercise every week.
On Monday, April 13 (10 days from today) I will check in and see how I'm doing. Feel free to comment and keep me motivated this month!!!
