~3AM 2HR Work Out On Treadmill with a ToothAche!~

Friday, April 03, 2009

So this morning I wake up at my usual time at 3am to do my 2hrs workout...I get up early and get it out of the way so that even if I don't workout anymore for the rest of the day at least I've gotten in 2hrs...So I get up this morning and my upper back tooth is hurting like crazy!!!...I wanted so badly to get back in bed and pull the covers over my head! But, I got up and went into the gym and worked out 2hrs on my treadmill emoticon....Did 20 mins of weights... emoticon and I also got in 25 mins on my Gazelle!...Talk about working through the pain!...I"m so glad to be done!!!...I can't wait until 9am so I can make an appt with my Dentist!!!....

Have A Great Weekend and remember to make healthy food choices emoticon

    HI
I hope your tooth feel better. I am resting my knee. Since I have a fluid bump on my kneecap. My trainer told me not to walk on treadmill for couple days. I am going to gym sunday. I hope I don't push myself too quick.

OMG, you are amazing. all of that getting up early, working out, pumping blood, motion, activity, and sweating while your mouth is throbbing in pain? holy cow, you've got some awesome mind-control, gurla, can you bottle it and send some my way? hope the tooth is better by now. take good care! yours in sisterhood, nancy
