April 1 2009 A New Start

Okay

Losing weight is not hard but making sure I do not overeat is really tough. I really want a quick fix to lose weight, but I know it will not teach me anything. I am trying to keep myself focused on small steps.

For this month:
No eating after 7pm
Drinking 8 glasses of water daily.
Weight for the beginning of this month is 173.5
