More jogging

Recently I have joined few of my friends for jogging early in the morning after wake up. My first goal is to jog for 1km. I hope I can achieve this goal in order to lose some weight.

After jogging, will go to watch free movies in my friend's house as they have bought some new dvds. I have nothing to lose.
