emoticon My progess to weight loss for the last month is as follows:

Working out 5 days a week and strength training on 2 days of the 5 days a week. Including cardio daily.

Down to 2 can of soda a week and that is usally on a saturday or sunday

Eating salads twice a week

Cooking dinner nightly

Can now do 2 sets of 12 of Dips

Took measurements to track progress

Logging in to SP M-F and logging every single thing I eat = )
