Weigh in was last night, I lost another 1.8 lbs. Whew... it had to be the exercise, because I was horrible at recording my points last week. I actually met my second personal goal since starting WW 3/17/09. I have lost 5% of my starting weight. Down 7.6 lbs total.
What I have learned from my mistakes this week is to record and measure EVERYTHING! It makes such a difference! And the only person I am fooling is me.
My WW goal this week is to add two extra 35 min walks to my week.
My current goal is one 35 minute walk per day - five days a week. I am adding an additional 35 minute walk twice a week to this goal. Two days a week walk the dog for 35 mins in the AM before work as well as after dinner.
