Why do the minute people realize you are on a diet, they have to try to sabotage it.
It doesn't help that I have no will power when it comes to good food. I've been blowing it the past few days. I'm eating about 500 calories more than I should. I should look at the bright side, at least I haven't gained any weight.
I have to learn how to say NO!
