Why do the minute people realize you are on a diet, they have to try to sabotage it.
It doesn't help that I have no will power when it comes to good food. I've been blowing it the past few days. I'm eating about 500 calories more than I should. I should look at the bright side, at least I haven't gained any weight.
I have to learn how to say NO!

    Each tick of the clock is a chance to start new! Just keep at it.

I've faced the same issue and learned to never respond to an offer of food by saying, "No, I shouldn't. I'm on a diet." That inevitably leads to the other person saying, "Oh, go on. It's not that much," or some such thing.

I've learned to simply say, "No, thank you very much." If the person persists, I repeat, "No, really, but thank you." If the person is set on sabotage, they usually offer a third time, to which I respond, "Please don't."

It's a polite way to acknowledge what they are doing and getting them to back off. I find this approach usually ends attempts to push food on me in the future so I don't have to say "no, thank you" more than once.

    Hang in there and just don't give up. If you are eating more boost you cardio up to make up for the difference. There will always be people who try and knock you down but don't let them stop you from succeeding. We are always here for you and will be glad to help anyway we can. Good luck!!

    Saying no is hard but you can do it! I have to learn to do it myself. Is there a way you can shave off 10 to 50 calories of each of your other food items to make up the 500 calories? Slightly smaller portions of each of those items probably won't be missed and shoudl help out at least some...

    I also hate when people judge you when you are on a diet, "are you going to eat that cookie you know you don't need it" that makes me mad too


We both need to learn to say no maybe we can do it together :)
