Running has not been going so well once again. Saturday's urban adventure race was postponed to Sunday due to weather so no running and no step class either. I got in a good 5 miles and 3 hours of walking around Atlanta though so no great loss!

I am planning to exercise as usual this week, but allergy season is becoming a huge obstacle. Sunday's outdoor quality time in the pollen made Monday absolutely miserable. I swear I was ready to gouge my itchy, burning eyes out with a sharp instrument. All is well now thank to a little Zyrtec but man does that stuff make me extra sleepy for the first week or so I take it!

I'm just going to do the best I can this week and if morning exercise has to bite it this week, then so be it!
