Strength in Motion (SIM) Day 22: Week 6 Day 2

Ok, so this was the third consecutive workout and boy, it was tough. Having that day of rest after two days is really useful. However, I'm really happy I put forth the effort and got back on track with my original schedule. That said, think I'm a bit happier that tomorrow I only have aikido to contend with, and will enjoy a day off from KBs.
Shish, glad that's done with. Now for that recovery shake and a nice, hot shower!
