I was so excited when I went to bed last night - did not need to set the alarm clock as hubby is on vacation this week! So that meant I did not have to get up at 5:15am to hit the gym early. And guess what, I was awake at 5am! What is wrong with that????
I went to the gym for a 30 minute HIIT run on the treadmill - felt great to push myself to that threshold on the interval spurts!
My eating is still a little off -- not that I'm eating junk I'm just not eating much!
Wednesday is the start of my new 12 week challenge -- tomorrow is going to be my trial run and see how I do! Tomorrow is also lower body ST -- looking forward to pushing myself on those exercises for my lower half!
