Hello everyone! How are you doing?

I'm feeling AWESOME!

I have finally hit my 21 pound mark. It feels great! I know it wasn't on my own, I did decide to take a step aerobics class at the College I attend but I am VERY glad Professor Williams-Greene teaches that class. She knows what she is doing and she works us out to the point where sometimes I feel like my ass has been whooped lol. The whole point is at the end of the work out I feel healthier and I feel like the fat is melting off. Anyway, next week for Spring Break I will be traveling to San Francisco! I will be getting my 20 pound self-reward of a new hair style! WOOO HOOO! Well I hope all of you are succeeding your goals. Just stay strong! I started changing my habits in November of 2008 and I just now hit 21 pounds lost so sometimes it will be slower than you think. Just make the proper adjustments and continue on your journey.
