I'm losing the motivation I had. I'm finding it harder to get myself out of bed in the morning to exercise. So far I have not missed a day that I've planned on exercising, but I'm getting worried that it won't be long before that happens. I felt like I was doing well, but after looking at some pictures from our recent vacation, I'm not impressed. I'm hoping I can find my motivation again and soon.

    i have found that starting with a ten minute workout when i DON'T want to workout helps a lot... it makes me want to workout more and those ten minutes turn into thirty

    Make a list of why you want to lose weight. When you need motivation, review the list. Best Wishes.

    We all have days that are harder than others. Don't decide that all is lost based on that. You can do it. You have to make yourself the number one priority. Good luck and keep us posted.
