I just recalculated my dates of weight lose. Since this is to be a slow and sensible way to lose weight, a life change and style, sparkpeople recomnend 1-2 lbs per week. With that in mind, I needed to change my goal date...Sep 13. So, that is when I expect to be at 140 lbs!!! We are off to the races.
