Hungry Girl Breakfast Cookies

So for my snack today I made Hungry Girl's breakfast cookies (see her recipe here :

I made them my own way, considering I'm pretty picky! But they are SO good! Definitely a great breakfast-on-the-go item. The fiber from the cereal makes it filling and the pureed peaches give it a sweet, but not too sweet, taste.

So I definitely recommend giving them a try! You can try her recipe exactly or be like me and adapt it to your own tastes.

My version : Makes 4 servings
140 calories ; 1g fat ; 46mg sodium ; 17g carbs ; 2g fiber ; 4g sugars, 12g protein

I used : 1/2 cup regular oats ; 6 tbsp whole wheat flour ; 1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal ; 1/4 cup Splenda ; 5 tbsp pureed peaches ; 1/4 cup ff egg sub ; 1/2 tsp baking powder ; 1/2 tsp cinnamon ; 1/2 scoop protein powder ; 2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
