Well, I had my third session with the personal trainer on Saturday. He decided that we would play a game! He brought a deck of cards with him, he assigned each suit a different exercise (hearts = rows, diamonds = lunges, clubs = pushups and spades = squats). Each time I picked a card I had to do the number of reps according to the number on the card for the corresponding suits. I made it through 42 cards in one hour!!! WOW.

So, yesterday I thought if I could do that I would push myself. I ran to the gym, did core workout at the gym and ran home. I also beat my personal best time. I ran 1.61 miles to and 1.71 miles home (took the longer way to avoid the huge hill). My average time on the way home was a 12.32 minute mile. Wow, I am liking this new me! emoticon
