So this weekend my boyfriend took me on a trip for our 6th month anniversary. It was so wonderful. It was a romantic getaway. We went to a place called Foxburg. It is located on the alleghany river in the allegheny notional forest. It wa a beautiful little place and probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.
Since I have made a lifestyle change I know that during special occasions I can treat myself. Once again Saturday I was too busy for breakfast and lunch. Now I see why I ate fast food all the time - I seriously do not have time to eat. Anyway We went out for a nice dinner I had grilled chicken (though it had cheese on it lol) with green beans and mashed potatoes (should I have chosen the baked. Maybe but I was celebrating and I did not choose to go with loaded mashed potatoes just normal ones) A big step in the right direction I chose not to have any dinner rolls. I would normally eat a whole basket. I did have a piece of cheesecake for dessert, but I did not eat the whole thing. We sampled some wine at the winery all in all I probably only had an ounce - wine is not my thing. And we did go out to the bar, but I limited myself to 2 drinks. I tracked the calories as good as I could and it was around 1800. Not too bad considered we walked outside for about an hour and I worked out at the gym before we left.
The next morning we went out for breakfast. I was going to have a light breakfast, but I know my boyfriend and he will eat a huge breakfast and skip lunch so I went his route. I had 1 egg 2 pieces of bacon (bad but such a treat!!!) an english muffin and some hasbrowns... It was good. It filled me up. we got home I went back to the gym and made a light supper. ended the day around 1500 cals.
