I have found that without regular cardio exercise I will not loose weight. I have cut my calories and exercised sporadically but it aint workin. I just really hate to exercise. The only exercise I like that doesn't kill me is walking. I would like to start walking an hour a day. I can usually do 4 miles in an hour. I have been walking about 3 miles 3 times per week. I haven't lost any more weight this way. Now if I can just make my lazy butt actually do it.
