WHEW! that's off my chest.

It was beautiful here. We had a busy day. Church and then My Husbands group had to sing at a Gospel sing at 3:00. We got home at 6:30. Boy was I starved. Yikes! Yep I did a BAD thing. Anything that move I ate it. It's been like that for the last month. Too busy. But I won't stress. Spring is here and school Spring break is coming up next month. Maybe I can slow down then.

I hate you can't see my ticker now, because I don't want to have to say this again.
This last months been horrible. I gain too much weight. I'll be back on track soon. But this time, I'm taking my time.

    Summer is comming and so many more good choices to eat. Can hardly wait for the fresh tomatoes.
I am already enjoying the strawberries and oh my watermellon will be here soon. yummy!

    I always have the roughtest time during the winter months. I call in my inner lining because it's cold outside! Now that the season's changing, it'll go away. Yours will to, girl.

It is funny how when we are busy, we tend to miss our meals and when we do get some food we can't stop! What's with that? I guess our mind is telling our body, we may go into starvation mode and if we don't eat all we can now, our body fears that it doesn't know when its next meal will be?
