Messed up..

So I had two horrible days this week (yesterday and the day before)

And by horrible, I mean the foods I ate (eating out) BOO!!!

I'm the type of person that instantly gains 5 pounds whenever they do something wrong. And so I did...

I had everything I could do to not stop eating all together (besides water) for a few days to get back on track..

I used to be the kind of person who would do that too .. so I am proud of myself for that :)

However, I am glad I had the weigh spike since I might not have realized how much my actions really do effect me otherwise..

anyway thought I would fess up :)

    at least you can admit when you mess up. that is great because you can realize your mistake and get back on track instead of getting off track and crashing. One piece of advice though, don't starve yourself to make up for it. It just messes up your metabolism and will work against you. Try doing a little extra exercise instead if you make a "mistake" again. You are doing a great job
