I have made a concious decision today!!! I am starting over!!! No excuses, no pain no gain(lose)in this case. I am commiting right here right now that I will workout every day at least 20 min a day but going to try for 20 min a day 3 times a day!!! We will see how it goes!!! Already have my first 20 in for the day. Wish me luck!!!
