Today was the awesome 21st of the month. MEASUREMENT DAY. Would I lose inches? I am not losing weight on the scale and I was informed by my leader that I wasn't eating enough on exercise days. So I added a protein drink to my points only to be drunk on exercise day. So I took my blood which was my all time low 98 without medication. So what I am doing with weight loss 21 pounds and exercise is working in favor of low blood glucose counts. So getting back to measuring. Well after measuring everything from neck down to ankles I have lost 12 inches. Last month I lost 25 inches So I have lost a total of 37 inches all over my body. Tonite I put on my favorite Ralph Lauren black trousers and they fell off of me. Got to give them to goodwill. We went out to eat, turned out to be I-Hop and I had a spinach/mushroom/and tomato omlette with a dish of fruit on the side. 7 points with 2 points for the fruit. I did very well today.
