I haven't been feeling like myself these pass days ,but I'm still working out threw it all. The stress level is too, high. Trying to stay positive, but it's been hard.

    Don't worry Fit.. This too shall pass. I was where you are a few weeks ago. If it doesn't kill you it will only make you stronger. It will make your resolve stronger as well. You have been doing so good and you have to try not to let this thing get you too down. Hang it there. You owe it to yourself to keep right on keeping on..

    Hang in there, girl! You are doing great! I wish I could make myself work out when I am stressed. Unfortunately, that is one of the aspects of my life that gets let go when life gets too overwhelming. I am so proud of you!!!

I'm wicked stressed too (maybe it's just this time of year?), but keep your head up, and this will pass. And congrats on still working out and having that motivation! Hope your weekend gets better!
