I've been wanting to begin a daily Health & Beauty regimen - here are my thoughts on what to include, and how to go about incorporating them into my life. The goals with an asterisk are the ones I'm already doing.
*Tsp of Bragg's Vinegar
Drink 6-8 cups of water daily
Deep Breathing Exercises
Not pick at hair or fingernails
Exercise Daily with either Cardio or Strength (except Sabbaths)
Read for an hour a day
I think I want to do the Vitamins, Vinegar, Exercises and Deep Breathing in the Morning. The water, and hair and nails care will be during the whole day, and flossing will be at night. The reading... I'm not sure when is the best time to do that. It's usually different each day. Well, tomorrow is the Sabbath, so a new week will be starting soon. I will begin to incorporate all these steps to Health & Beauty this week!
