I am here to find buddies that are going though the same thing....obviously weight loss and how to do it right. I had a scale when I started this page, but have since got rid of it! I was addicted to the scale and would weigh 3x a day...that made me feel awful. I would weigh less in the morn and the gain in the evening. The made me crazy. Now I only weigh on the days I see my trainer. If anybody else has done this, I would like to get to know you.
