Yesterday was the end of Week #1 and I am down 4 pounds! I know the first 10 pounds come off easiest, but I am still very excited. I've really started to get a handle on my diet the last few days and working out is going very well. I had a hard time figuring out what foods I could eat to meet all of my different nutrition goals and I finally met ALL of them yesterday, which made me feel very good.
Anyhow, here's to an awesome Week #2 and hopefully saying goodbye to another 4 pounds!
