With the warm weather my little guy and I have been getting out and doing some walking. I can finally come out of hibernation!!! I don't like the cold. Need to get back into my weight lifting/strength training at home too. My hope is that by the time summer gets here I will be back to running (or sort of running). Need to be better about logging on and keeping track of Fitness and Nutrition. The good thing is I did lose a few pounds. That was easy though when I wasn't feeling well, didn't have an appetite. Now I will have to work very hard to keep it off and lose more.
