I have come to believe I am short suiting myself. Sleep. I'm sure I need to be getting more sleep. Up too late, too often. Getting up @ 4:45 for the commute to work makes for a short night. But, only if you go to bed at midnight! The new goal is 8 hrs of sleep. Each night.

    I hear you!- I work nights and even 5 hours in one shot is a bonus to me- I sleep on my days off allmost round the clock!- I hope you can do it and sweet dreams! emoticon
