What a difference a few days can make.
Last time I wrote, a part of me, a very small part was thinking that there was no way I could do this, that my will power just wasn't there.
Yet today, I ate well with no real cravings, exercised and felt great. Go figure. The extra pounds that I put on, came off despite the few days that I wasn't as focused.
So a good day over all, I'll take it!
