At the beginning of the week I felt like I had finally got into a great weekly workout routine. I was feeling stronger and had hope that this time I was actually going to succeed at meeting my weight loss goals. Tuesday I woke up with w sore throat. As I type today (Thursday) I have a sore throat, ear ache and cough. Nothing like the common cold to sabatoge a workout routine. AHHH! Sometimes it just seems like you're up against the world.
