It was a great day. Done some sheets and hung out on the line. Did my exercises and a double amount of walking. It was an awesome day. Hope we have a lot more like this one.. I even done all me emails from sparks and had fun doing them... just an awesome day....

    I do alot of the leg ones, and squats, and against the wall and the tummy ones. I have to be careful of the ones I do because of the knee replacement is still not going to well and the degenerative disc disease. I do a lot of walking nearly everyday and yesterday I almost doubled my length. My nutrition is pretty good I have all of my food groups and when the nurse comes in every month she keeps me on my toes as well. she is just super with her words with me. very encouraging. I am glad that MJ is doing great too. We need those kicks once in awhile LOL.. thanks TKT

    Good for you. The kick must have got you going. Me too. I raked the lawn today for 50 minutes and did my exercises. It is a good day when we do what we're suppose to do. Take care.
