Gym for de-stressing

This only works if the gym does nto contribute to my stress!
I HATE Tuesday nights. It's super busy. I would avoid it, but morning workouts I don't have enough time to do cardio + strength, so I have to do evenings if I want to get it all in.
So... apparently the instructor for the 5:30pm aerobics class did not show up. This meant that the people who did not leave went on the cardio equipment instead. Add to that, two out of eight ellipticals are "under repair" (one of those has been out of service for about a month!), so I had to wait 10 minutes to get one.
UGH. I may have to start going five mornings a week, 3 for cardio and 2 for strength. Not ideal, but maybe necessary if I want to keep my sanity.
