Here it is; Wednesday already.
1/2 a week gone & it seems I have nothing accomplished!
I didn't walk away the pounds this morning.
1st time now since I've started counting my calories.
I've been strength training, which is greatly needed.
I must strengthen up all the muscles & bones in my body.
I must shed pounds so my legs & back will like me again!!!
