My goal is try and not eat too much and workout often so I am putting a note here to make sure I actually keep with the plan.
Week 1: (17th-23rd)
Tue - some cardio done (jumping jacks and rope jumping - about 10 mins), did week 1 day 1 of the C25K programme (alternate walking and jogging on treadmill) and walked the 2 miles to and back from the gym.
Wed - Did some strength training exercises done at home and the SP jump rope workout video 3 times.
