MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 6 POUNDS A MONTH FOR FOUR MONTHS.

Hey, all of you people out in cyber territory! I am so happy that I have these four mini-goals that I got the idea for from Jibbie. She is doing well with her program! I am finally entering in all of my food piece by piece and I have most all of my new food choices nutritional value entered also. There were quite a few on my favorites list. I am cutting way back on fat in foods and when I bake and cook, I am adapting the new recipes to the new types of food I intake. I feel like a chemist again. My son has a chemical engineer and he and I went into a long discussion once on how it takes being a chemist to do this kind of tracking and adapting recipes. He did all his own cooking in college and he had a system like I'd never heard of. He was an engineer like my son is, but this guy, Andy, was a....you guessed it, a Chemical Engineer! I always loved chemistry so I ran with it. I have been given the Weight Watcher's Diabetic Diet! I was told by my doctor that the WW diet was designed by a woman who was diabetic. Portion size and fat and protein content are the most important aspects of this eating plan. THE GREAT NEWS IS THAT I AM NOT BORDERLINE DIABETIC LIKE I THOUGHT! I AM PRE-BORDERLINE DIABETIC WHICH ISN'T EVEN DIABETIC YET! So, I am really amping up my efforts and I hope that I will be visiting a tailor very soon because as it is, none of pants/slacks/jeans fit me anymore. I am so pleased with myself. And to reward myself I am going out to Phoenix AZ in June to visit and stay with two really great girlfriends and we are going to celebrate! WooHoo!
