I am so hooked on Spark points!!!
I want to get to the next level as fast as I can.
The good news? It actually gets me doing things. I track what I eat every day. I'm reading articles that have had an impact (it's great to know what 300 calories looks like on a plate). Now I'm starting to exercise (another way I can get points). The only thing I worry about is the computer time to track all the points.
