Spring Grandeur
A whistle of a gentle breeze
A thistle floats by after the freeze
In the quiet misty fog
Is a lily pad and two frogs
The brooks mellow sound and
Butterfly wings of yellow abound
A rollicking prairie dog
Frollicking with her mate on a log
A spirited bird squabbles
When she finds a shiny bauble
Two lovers sitting side by side
He asks, "Will you be my bride?"
Fluffy clouds go drifting by
As her heart burst with pride
Quietly holding each others hand
They discover Spring is Grand!!!!
