Height, Weight, BMI

Sunday, March 15, 2009

I still prefer to check my BMI here
www.caloriesperhour.com/
index_burn.php
and discovered today that it will accept fractions on height! So, my BMI went up but my height came down by 1/2 inch to be more accurate, this is a good thing! 61.5"
(Yes, it also takes the fractions on the weight, but I knew that before.)

Today, forgive me if this is boasting, my measurements are lower than I can ever remember and it means to me that I must be making muscles!

Weight 131.8" down from 210
BMI 24.5 - Normal down from obese 39
Bust 35.5" down from 46"
Waist 27.5" down from 39"
Hips 35.5" down from 46"
Upper Arms 12!! Wow!! down from 16"
Thighs 19.5!! Wow!! down from 26"
Neck 12.5" down from 15.5"
