I think that is what you would call the "exercise" I did today. A nice slow walk, pushing the stroller because DD3 wanted to go out but not walk. Then after a mile she wanted to go home.
I guess the way to look at it though is to say that I did something/anything at this point.
Seeing the scale go down in such a positive way has really motivated me to exercise and eat right. I have such a craving for sweets, and I usually just want potato chips/pretzels, etc. but I resisted when I went to the grocery store and didn't buy a candy bar...Oh Snickers, that is so what I want, anyway, I found a quick "trail mix" recipe and have made that instead. Dried apricots, almonds, and whole grain cereal. I know the calories are a little high in it but because I am nursing I can eat quite a bit more and I'll still notice a weight loss, as long as I exercise!
Tomorrow my goal is 2 to 3 miles, at a decent pace, to burn my calories for the day. Right now, each time I exercise, I am only hitting about 200 calories, which isn't quite as much as I am supposed to, so I'll try to ramp it up a bit.
