Well, things are progressing. I have had a knee pain since October. I was just getting back to running wihen I pulled my left calf muscle in Feb. I got older in Jan, could that be the reason I'm falling apart? Haha. So I am waiting to heal to get back into running. I am going to the doc this Monday and will see what they have to say about the "crunching" in my right knee.

But despite the above, I am still staying motivated with push ups and other various strength exercises. When I get back to running, I will be stronger for it.

Will be great to get back to running also, as I need to drop the few pounds I've gained since I haven't been running. Ugh.

    Well I guess you don't have to answer the question I asked on the Road Runners. With a bit of CSI work I found the answer. :-) I am happy to hear that you are getting your knee looked at. Get the calf checked at the same time. Your no sugar streak should take care of the weight gain. Keep it up. gail
