Well, things are progressing. I have had a knee pain since October. I was just getting back to running wihen I pulled my left calf muscle in Feb. I got older in Jan, could that be the reason I'm falling apart? Haha. So I am waiting to heal to get back into running. I am going to the doc this Monday and will see what they have to say about the "crunching" in my right knee.
But despite the above, I am still staying motivated with push ups and other various strength exercises. When I get back to running, I will be stronger for it.
Will be great to get back to running also, as I need to drop the few pounds I've gained since I haven't been running. Ugh.
