Time to readjust again. Weight up to 132.1 but that is only sodium - I was *stupid* yesterday and consumed too much. Temporary weight gain.
But after 3 weeks of flying around the 131.'s, I decided to shake things up and switched to *lose 1 pound per week* to see if it will help. My thinking is perhaps I have been making more muscle and not feeding it? 1 pound per week will up my calories so it could have a positive effect. And I would have to up the calories for maintenance anyway so it is a small start.
