I knew there was a reason I did not want to get on the scale. IT DID NOT MOVE!!!!! I wanted to cry when I saw the same numbers as the last time.
This is exactly what I did not need at this time.
1) Exercise for 300 mins per day
2) Eat no more that 1200 calories per day
3) sleep for 8 hours every night
I am loving the journey. I love that I just increased my minutes and intensity. I love the way I feel right now. I do admit I will have to make some changes but nothing too drastic. This is a lifelong change I am making. I may not get there as fast as I want to but I am going to get there.
