My week has been pretty good... ive been able to kick my habit of having a soda everyday!!! at least for this week... im so glad i actually didnt feel i would ever kick that habit... ive replaced it with bottled green tea during the week and hopefully i will have only one soda this weekend..
ive also started the gym, but my aim is to go daily during the week (i.e 5 days) next week i hope to do just that! so far so good... i hope next week is great too!
