Good Week!!!!!!

My week has been pretty good... ive been able to kick my habit of having a soda everyday!!! at least for this week... im so glad i actually didnt feel i would ever kick that habit... ive replaced it with bottled green tea during the week and hopefully i will have only one soda this weekend..
ive also started the gym, but my aim is to go daily during the week (i.e 5 days) next week i hope to do just that! so far so good... i hope next week is great too!

    That's great. Giving up soda is an excellent thing to do for losing weight. The sugar content alone is enough to make you change. My nephew gave them up (only) and loss about 20-25 pounds with working too. You'll definitely feel better. I drink water all day long and for dinner I may have water with Crystal Light. On the weekend I generally have a soda if I'm out at a restaurant or something. Sometimes you just need the buzz so buzz in moderation and great job on a successful week.
