I've missed 3 of my workouts for P90X. Hubby and I have been working in the yard from sun up to sun down for the last 3 days. So tonight I'm doing a quick 2mi run and getting back on my workout schedule tomorrow morning. Eating is on target. Of course my water intake is out the roof from the warm days.
My countdown has started for my race so my shoes are laced up and I'm so pumped!!
