Well discovered that I have a dairy intolerance and most probably a wheat intolerance. Am having to go wheat and dairy free for one month. Will reintroduce wheat in and see what happens. I found out the hard way that milk is definitely a no no. The only bright side is that I lost 2 pounds in 8 days (after steadily gaining for a few months no matter what I tried). So will have to see how my life goes. A wheat free diet is really hard for me but am determined to stick this out.
