This is my first blog. I am not really sure what to write here. I have recently resumed my weightloss goals and am committed to lose the last of the weight. I would like to be down to 135 by May 1st, but will settle for June 1st if May is not realistic. I have been trying new recipes to keep myself motivated and I am addicted to looking for new recipes.. it's an obsession. :) I saw a sign today announcing that the Rita's water ice is opening this weekend. That's nightmare! I love icecream!! It's my biggest weakness!!!! So I have to try to steer clear of that. Maybe once I reach my goal weight I can have small cone with sprinkles every other week. Better yet, McDonalds icecream cone is only 150 calories, so maybe I should try that and then I could probably have it once a week and save the Rita's custard for once or twice throughout the summer. That's probably a better idea! Although if anyone has any good recipes for low cal delicious ice cream, feel free to send them my way!
