overdone it a little on Monday! I was so sore Monday afternoon and evening I could barely bend over. I am going to get on the treadmill today but it won't be for the 5K training, my OB did say 2 wks, but I was feeling so damn good on Monday I thought I could handle it, I was most definitely wrong! I will wait until Monday 3/16 and then try it again.

I didn't get my weights in yesterday, so I may try to do it today after the treadmill, it all depends on how I feel. I have learned what my limits are though, and will not try to push past that for right now.

At work, although I am on Maternity Leave, we have a Biggest Loser competition going, and I will weigh in every Thursday. As of right now on my home scale I am down 6 lbs. from last week. I am just hoping to get out of the 160's at this point, it has been so many years since I've seen a number smaller than that!


So I walked on the treadmill, not going over 2.8 MPH but used the incline, up to 5% and I feel pretty good. I am a little tired but I feel good and I feel alot better ABOUT myself for having exercised so I am going to do it again on friday. Right now I have decided that 3 days a week is enough, and I'll try to get weights in too.
