For the past couple of weeks, I have been stuck on the same weight, and I am FRUSTRATED. It is so hard to get motivated when I'm not seeing results. I obviously need to do something different. I have been slacking on counting my calories and this week I haven't been exercising. I've been working a lot of overtime lately, and my body is just worn out. My husband and I are planning on going hiking tomorrow, so that will good for me. Exercise is so much easier when someone else does it with me, but my husband really isn't interested in doing the type of exercises I like, except hiking and occasionally racquetball.
