Well one week has passed and I am doing very well during the week. However, during the weekends, it seems as if I fall off the wagon, I go over my calorie intake, but thank God I stay below the 2200 mark. I was speaking to a friend and she has the same problem during the weekend. We have come to the conclusion, that it is because we have such easy access to food at home as opposed to work . The question now is, 'how do we conquer that problem'.
