New goals - move more, eat less sugar!

Spring is coming - yes, sure, there's snow outside, but it's coming, right? :) And it's time for new goals for me! I want to move away from focusing on the scale - back to thinking about health! I'm doing just fine on getting in the Self Challenge strength moves and I can feel the difference. Time to ramp it up.
That candy bowl sings to me like a siren to Odysseus. Too bad I don't have crewmen to tie me to the mast :) So I will have to do it myself! No candy from the bowl. It's too tempting and free. I can have 150 calories of sweet treats a day. And honestly, would I want that treat to be cheap candy, when I could have some awesome slow churned ice cream or something like that instead? Often what I really want is an energy burst (yay, no sleep due to teething!), so I should instead move around to get the blood moving. So, 150 to start off with - then maybe we can get that down more!
Daylight savings time means more sunshine after work! I commit to going for a walk at least twice during the week. If that really doesn't work, I will try doing jumping jacks, squats, or whatever.
I love my veggies and I know they love me back - just have to make the time to incorporate more! I need those nutrients, darn it!
