Healthy eating accomplishment????

Hmm. That was a tough one. Where do I start??? There have been so many changes in my diet over the past few weeks it is difficult to say which one is my biggest accomplishment. Here's a list:

- I drink a lot more water each day.
- I eat a lot less sweets.
- More vegetables and fruits make up the bulk of my diet and I am enjoying most of them raw.
- I am learning to like unsweetened and unsalted foods so spices are my new best friends :)

There are a few more but those are my biggest ones.
